Here, in the heart of the country, the founders Maya and Chady have combined their passion for nature and freedom with a unique distillery in their home village of Rechmaya. JUN is a real master of his trade and has an excellent and balanced taste, in which the juniper can be tasted particularly well. The Mediterranean and Oriental flavor notes created through the use of local ingredients give the gin its complex yet slightly spicy sweetness, while remaining mild and fresh. The harmonious balance of these flavors is the result of a careful selection and combination of 9 local plants.
