Payment and shipping
Alcoholic products are only sold to persons who have reached the minimum legal age to purchase alcohol (currently 18 years) and are only shipped within Germany.
For other products, the following conditions apply:
Delivery is within Germany and to the following countries: Slovakia, Austria, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Malta, Portugal, Poland, Latvia, Netherlands, Estonia, Denmark, Lithuania, France, Greece, Switzerland, Belgium, United Kingdom, Ireland, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Iceland.
Shipping costs (including VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We charge a flat rate of €4.90 per order for shipping.
From an order value of € 78.00 we deliver free of shipping costs.
Deliveries abroad:
We calculate the shipping costs abroad as a flat rate as follows: 9,95 €
Delivery times
As far as no other period is indicated in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods takes place in the inland (Germany) within 1-3 working days, with foreign deliveries within 5-7 working days after conclusion of the contract (with agreed upon pre-payment after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
