The Pacific & Lime Story
Our beginnings and vision
Pacific & Lime was founded to connect the authentic world of Mexican agave spirits with modern European culture of enjoyment and lifestyle. The brand is based on the extensive experience of its founder, Nikša Pirović, who began his journey into the world of agave in 2015. In this early phase, he joined forces with Bernardo Sada, the founder of Noble Coyote Mezcal, and initially acted as the general importer for Europe. Even before Pacific & Lime was established, Nikša was a partner and co-owner of Noble Coyote and played a key role in the strategic expansion of the brand in over 13 European countries. Through this close collaboration, he developed Noble Coyote into an established mezcal brand in markets such as Germany, France, the Netherlands, and several countries in Eastern and Southeastern Europe.

Experience in the world of agaves
Through close collaboration with mezcaleros, producers, and agave experts in Oaxaca, a deep understanding developed of what constitutes high-quality agave spirits and which values European connoisseurs particularly appreciate: authenticity, craftsmanship, origin, and sustainability. This knowledge continues to form the basis of Pacific & Lime's philosophy.

Tequila: Partnership with Bruno Barba
2023 marked a significant milestone for Pacific & Lime: the debut of their own tequila at BCB (Bar Convent Berlin). Building on years of expertise, the brand specifically sought a partner who embodies tradition and quality. This partnership was found in Bruno Barba – a member of the long-established Romo de la Peña tequila family and co-founder of Huizache Tequila.

In Jalisco Valleys, Mexico , a tequila is created that combines decades of expertise with the demands of the modern European market. The result is an authentic, high-quality tequila that harmoniously blends tradition and contemporary taste.
Mezcal: Sustainability with Noble Coyote
Even today, the collaboration with Bernardo Sada and his Noble Coyote Mezcal brand plays a central role for Pacific & Lime. Bernardo is a biologist, agave researcher, and a leading advocate of sustainable agave cultivation in Oaxaca. His philosophy is based on biodiversity-friendly farming, traditional production methods, and close collaboration with local mezcal masters. Every bottle of Noble Coyote embodies sustainable craftsmanship and cultural depth.
